At JM Hair Collection, we’re committed to creating the perfect custom wig tailored to your unique style and needs. To help ensure that you receive the wig of your dreams, please review our custom wig guidelines below.

1. Custom Wig Consultation

We want to make sure your custom wig fits your vision perfectly. Your consultation cost goes towards your wigs and is non-refundable. Wig construction fee is $75, bundles and lace are priced as listed on site. Before placing your order, we recommend having a consultation with our team to discuss your preferences, including:

• Wig Style: Choose from a variety of styles, including 13 x 6 lace frontal, 6 x 6 lace frontal, or 360 lace wigs.

• Hair Type & Texture: Select from our premium Raw Burmese hair in textures like wavy and curly.

• Length & Density: Choose the desired length (from 10” to 30”) and density (light, medium, or heavy) that best suits your look.

• Cap Size & Fit: Provide your head measurements to ensure a snug and comfortable fit.

• Customizations: Additional requests such as color, highlights, pre-plucked hairline, or specific styling preferences.

2. Ordering Process

Once you’ve decided on the details of your custom wig, simply follow these steps:

1. Place Your Order: Book Consultation first and a custom invoice will be emailed to you for payment.

2. Head Measurements: If your custom wig requires specific measurements, please ensure to provide accurate head measurements (circumference, front to nape, ear to ear, etc.) to ensure the perfect fit.

3. Production Time: Custom wigs typically take 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the style. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

4. Custom Wig Final Sale

Please note that all custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed and the wig is in production. We encourage you to double-check your measurements and customization requests before confirming your order.

5. Adjustments & Repairs

• Repairs: If your custom wig is damaged within the first 30 days of use, we offer repair services. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
